which brushes? PS or zbrush? I made em both at any rate, my PS brush is just a verticle kind of slash with texture turned on and using a faint paper texture to break up the strokes.

Very organic concepts and modeling, great to see such quick progression.
Some of the forms in this remind me of sea creature fossils, perhaps it could be worth checking out pics of such for further inspiration.

hey man.. while i love your style im starting to think this could use with some more medium frequency detail on the stone. it's looking very lava like right now but even lava has some bigger forms when it cools.
anyway just my 2 cents.. well 1 cent anyway ;)
