it'd be good if you could post larger scans, hard to make out much in those small images. From what I can see, you've got a decent style already. Like everyone (myself included), you could probably use some more anatomy and life drawing practice. Your faces look like the most stylized part of your drawings, maybe do some realistic head studies from reference. Welcome to polycount /images/graemlins/smile.gif
post-picture-enlarge edit: ah, looks like you do the same thing I do sometimes with hands by drawing the closed fist. Do more hand studies and try to avoid that pose... better to draw a crappy hand in an interesting pose than to just fall back on the same placeholder hand.
